      The team here is great, coworkers are friendly and always willing to help, which makes collaboration smooth and enjoyable. Leadership is approachable, with a SOC manager who really knows how to support the team. Management is open to questions and concerns, creating a culture of transparency. Plus, the company offers solid career growth opportunities, and working with diverse SIEMs keeps things interesting and helps build a strong skill set.

      Pay is quite on the lower end, but some factors to consider is that it may depend on your demographics, background, and position whether entry level or not.

      The team has been very friendly to me since my first day here and they have helped me tremendously in integrating me into the Security Analyst team. The manager has been responsive to feedback and I felt a good sense of community in my time here.
