It's entry level and there are some good people for the most part.

Cons

Serious problems with pest control and cramped working spaces. Management is quite tone deaf at all levels and doesn't listen as much as they should to workers. Fortunately there has been talk of collective bargaining and I feel that will resolve most of the job's issues.

a lot of downtime relaxed dress code most coworkers are cool

higher ups seem extremely out of touch with the 1s might start off with awful schedule overworked sometimes as any call out can mess up coverage
