I had a really great time working at Novacoast. Every single person i got the opportunity to work with was really helpful and helped me lear a lot. The management was great. Especially the Manager Ian, he was really accommodating to the new team members, did his best to help everyone when ever someone messed up.

Cons

Need more people in the soc to divide up the work load.

Pros

It's easy to pick up the job. Mid benefits. Work from home at SOC 2 and up, along with many other positions outside of Security OPs.

Cons

Terrible managers. Terrible promotion opportunities now, lots of nepotism. Pay is crap for what the work is. No free lunches anymore.
