      Pros

      *Great Environment to work in! * Good people that are always willing to jump in and help if you ask. * Definitely everyone gets treated like family. *Yearly meeting with the entire company is a great time to see everyone in the organization. I always felt like I could go up to anyone ( even the CEO, which I did ) and have a conversation about anything. This was a great place to work. *The love people who want to grow and progress in their career. Training was always an option for just about anything.

      Cons

      *Work would dry up usually in Jan and Feb every year. This was always really hard because that is how you make your commission (and pay back your base pay ). *Base pay had to be paid back to the company, no matter what. Even if you didnt have any contract money coming in. This was always infuriating because I never had any control of what contracts were available and what work I could take. *Taxes. I worked for this company for 3 years, and they screwed up my taxes EVERY SINGLE YEAR. I have end up having to owe thousands of dollars every year because of this. When I would ask the company why my taxes were not taken out correctly, no one ever had an answer for me. ( This is one of the main reasons I moved on to another company )
