- Fantastic coworkers who are willing to answer any questions and help out - Good way to gain practical entry level cybersecurity experience for those seeking to break into the field - Various internal teams to learn from as well (i.e threat ops, DLP, etc) - Reimbursement for a wide variety of certifications you pass (Sec+, etc) - Cute office cat - Laid back yet professional manager (shout-out Ian)

Cons

- Base pay is low - Night shift is how almost all analysts start out - You get as much as you put into it. Will learn less if you just autopilot and forego investigation/learning opportunities
