They foster your desire to learn. Your path is yours to choose Right from the start you feel empowered to do the things you want to do. Micro Management is not in the Novacoast dictionary. Your not just an employee, you are family. You are paid well for your work

Cons

Not really a con but as long as you are doing the job you are left alone. If you need help you've got to say so.

Laid back, little management, good learning experience in the beginning

Cons

Bad pay, they take advantage and string you along, stressful once you take on more responsibilities but you get zero incentives, I recommend getting your certs/experience here then moving on. Not a good fit for a career.
