Low pay, compensation changes are “frozen” for employees in my department, management treats employees like crap and places tighter and tighter restrictions with time

Easy work, chill environment, use down time wisely to study, snacks

Cons

Management doesn't have direction. All politics when it comes to compensation and promotions. Over worked in higher level positions. Benefits are pretty sub par. Management has favoritism and even if someone sucks at their job they'll never be disciplined if they are liked. Majority don't know cyber security and probably aren't qualified to be in their positions.
