Very low pay Strict shift hours and rules Monotony work Due to the high amount of false positive alarms that come in, reports that are escalated to customers are cookie cutters forms with just copy-and-paste information rather than from an actual investigation Working environments are not well tuned/set up, leading to a high amount of false positive that analyst has to investigate SOC 2 and SOC leads sometimes ignore or look down on SOC 1 when being asked to tune the environments
