      Decent place to start off a career and gain experience but do not recommend for long term employment.

      The only good thing about working here is the people you work with.

      Medical benefit has been downgraded after Novant Health took over. Due to the supply distribution change, having sufficient and life saving supplies are less frequent. The organization prioritizes customer service over the overall well being of staff.
