Good benefits, good/easy documentation, easy communication with other providers, regular market adjustments

Cons

Bosses picked favorites and were always telling us how hard they worked/how stressed they were, sought sympathy

Company is "mid" at best

Pros

The only thing going for this company is the PTO. Some coworkers are a pleasure to work with.

Cons

Pay was terrible for this job being that you interacted with the public all day long. For certain "types" of employees, getting a higher position and moving to a different department was easy. For others, even with a considerable amount of education, it just wasn't happening. Management was terrible in listening to employees about new ideas or suggestions. (This is my last review about this company because I will be leaving within a few days for new employment elsewhere.)
