      Pay tends to be higher than WFBH

      Cons

      Management prioritizes patient satisfaction over nurses' safety. You are reprimanded for not tolerating physical, emotional, or verbal abuse as it "upsets the family". Your license is at risk every day you clock in. I am abandoning my 30k$ sign on bonus to take a paycut and be somewhere I am valued as a nurse.

      Compensation is the biggest one for me. Apply for Internal jobs just to not land a interview; even if you are qualified or over qualified. (It's about who you know not what you know)
