      Pros

      Good benefits, time off, rewarding, mostly fully staffed at my location. Had great coworkers, providers were super nice.

      Cons

      Not a lot of growth in the company. Raises were minimal, no bonuses. Raises given based off market, not performance. No incentive to work harder and grow. Restricted to only able to use Novant providers when choosing health benefits. Lots of people had to switch PCPs because of this.
