      Good place to get your feet wet in the 'corporate american" spectrum.

      Cons

      Do not internally hire personnel, lots of reorganization and layoffs. Not a good long term job.

      A paycheck. The coworkers. 403B match.

      Cons

      Poor benefits. Poor pay (for experienced employees). Let's us work short while telling the media we are fully staffed. Senior leadership is blind or doesn't care about what is going on. Care more about the money than healthcare and safety of the patients and staff.

      Bonuses are low and below 2%. Not keeping up with competitors. Staffing retention is poor. Management doesn’t listen to staff input
