      Pros

      The job is easy, once you get the hang of it. Just discharging. You get close to the staff on your unit and in your department. The good thing about this job is that when you’re off, you’re actually off. You don’t take your work home in any way.

      Cons

      You have to work some holidays & weekends, but it’s not often. Current management is overbearing.
