      Pros

      There are no pros. Staff are stressed and overworked. Morale is at its lowest. employees have no say, although it is touted they do. It is not true. Everything is a spin

      Cons

      Start at the top and work down. Building up top executive management with multiple layers. Laying off the ones who do all the work. Dangerous patient and staff ratios. I would not go there for care

      I loved this job, management was good, I had freedom to practice autonomy in my job, pay was good

      Cons

      There is no loyalty anymore to employees. 8 of us in our area were called in one day and let go. We had no warning and we were all great workers. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. They will pull the rug from underneath your feet in an instant if they can make more $$!!! Look elsewhere for a job, I wouldn't wish that feeling on my worst enemy. I moved a long way for this job and bought a house, now I will be lucky to keep it.

      Most of my coworkers are friendly, helpful, and caring. Only work three 12hour shifts a week. Pto time

      Cons

      High patient to cna ratio. If you don't have a degree you get little respect, not much appreciation for cna's.
