      So much room for growth and Opportunities

      Pros

      Great place to start as a CNA if you want to move forward into nursing its a great way to find the speciality you like and work your way to that floor.

      Cons

      Can get very hectic and almost always understaffed and if everywhere in understaffed you might get floated a lot and not work on the floor you got hired for which can be a lot.

      Pros

      Novant Health offers great discounts but that's about it.

      Cons

      I had an extremely disappointing experience working for this company. The abrupt termination with minimal notice left me feeling undervalued. The lack of shadowing during the transition hindered my productivity. Complaints about the negative work environment were ignored, and the absence of bonuses or incentives made the job less rewarding. The rigid time-off policy, limiting only two people per day, made personal commitments nearly impossible. Additionally, the absence of overtime opportunities and the hostile work environment created a toxic atmosphere. Overall, not a company I would recommend.
