Benefits, PTO are good coworkers are ok.

Cons

Management DOES its own thing. Makes up policy outside of the whole organization. We are either worked short staffed ir are pushed to other floors due to them being short staffed and then being blamed for it. Call and ask for help from some of the nurses and they turn their nose up to you. Company would be good if they would get rid of certain Management that can't manage to wipe their butts properly. They have outdated equipment. Found bugs crawling in patients rooms or even in hallways. Building is old and needs rebuild in modern style look

Upper leadership is totally unaware of what we do and it shows.
