Pros

The organization provides a wonderful flex schedule with many options to choose from. Fully work-from-home positions within and outside of NC state, PTO, health insurance benefits, 401K benefit matching are just a few of the benefits.

Cons

Bonus and pay raises are not a guarantee annually. Hiring freezes have caused a lot of backlog and overworking teammates currently on the team. 1 minute of overtime is considered an offense in most departments. Not a methodical training process, which can hurt those especially ones who work remotely. Communication is lacking throughout many departments, which can slow down the process to correct issues right away in the workflow.
