Having more experience in fluoroscopy procedures and OR procedures but getting paid many dollars less than a technologist who never worked in a hospital setting. They only get paid more because they were a tech longer. But it's like training a student because they don't remember anything about procedures. Pay should reflect working experience and not years as a tech.
