      Pros

      Good support from leadership, and they seem to listen.

      Cons

      There is not a separate sick leave bank. If out sick you have to use PTO.

      Patient Focused Culture - There is a culture of integrity and most people I have come across are focused on doing the right thing for patients

      Cons

      A lot of convoluted internal processes. Support systems (HR, IT, etc.) are slow at supporting field needs.
