Pros
Working 3 12-hour shifts is awesome for personal life. Tuition reimbursement has improved - $3,000/year.
Cons
If you even MENTION unions you can be fired. Pay is terrible for technicians even if you're the one getting bitten, kicked, spit on, peed on, cleaning. Nurses are elitist, rude, and catty. Management will not care if the work environment is completely fully of backstabbing, they're much likely to take the other person's side, especially if you're not a nurse. Punitive work environment: you'll never know if you're doing something right until they write you up for doing something wrong.
