      Pros

      You do get great healthcare benefits, 401k, retirement. One of the few pros of this job is really the health insurance.

      Cons

      Underpaid. Long hours. Management. Co-workers (a lot of incessant drama). Terrible disciplinary system. Should be based on individual employee and not overall basis.

      Job was easy to secure.

      Cons

      Pay for experience is poor! Flexibility is poor! Staffing is terrible, always short staffed which ovetworks your staff and they are run down.
