At my job, I have found myself overworked and stretched to the max. That's how it is in floor nursing these days, so it's not really Novant-specific. My manager also does not like to let people move to different positions within the organization and so blocks applications. Some nurses have had to move to different organizations altogether to further their careers because this manager won't let them pursue career moves within Novant.

Have to work Holidays and weekends as PRN. Should not be required to do so.
