Pros

Reasonably priced health coverage. You’re always learning. My fellow employees were wonderful and if you needed help they jumped in and kept me sane on some of the roughest nights I’ve had.

Cons

High turnover rate. Staffing issues that made some of us feel unsafe working with the patients we had, seeing how we worked critical care and a cardiac/chest pain unit. Filing FMLA is a nightmare when getting help with your papers. Trying to get it complete and approved so you can take care of a loved one/yourself is futile. THE POINT SYSTEM needs to go. There has to be a better wag
