Hectic Disorganized work place!
Pros
Free lunches almost every day provided by outside drug representatives, the compensation and benefits are pretty decent or at least my personal compensation was decent however I did work there for 14 years. I have no idea about the compensation of the entry level employees who are being hired to replace the employees that they are letting go.
Cons
I worked at Novant Health Oncology Specialists (Clinical Research Dept.) for many years and what was once a great place to work became a place that I hated going to every day. The changes came when our private practice was bought out by a hospital. Once this happened, employees were treated as replaceable “chair fillers” and the office became a “revolving door” with employees who had worked for the practice for many years and were extremely dedicated to patients and the practice were terminated and replaced with employees who could be paid less and were a lot less qualified. Management leaves a lot to be desired.
