Pros
I had the opportunity to assist and monitor people that were mentally and physically ill, as well as work in the office conducting quality assurance calls to patient's recently discharged.
Cons
I didn't get scheduled enough hours which essentially led to my being laid off. The other skills and positions that I was qualified for and applied for were given to people that ultimately did not want them or were directly related to current employees.
