      Challenging position, good staff to work with,.

      Cons

      No support for Administrators at larger practices, company too big-company executives don't hear what support is needed to run a large practice, resulting in no work-life balance for Administrators. Many 12-hour days and no vacations and nobody seemed to care. And told not to delegate tasks that I could teach my teenagers to do. And many of these menial tasks were assigned to me almost daily.
