      Their mission and vision statement is great, I just wish it were more implemented.

      Pros

      Great benefits and accrual of paid time off. Flexibility of schedule. They do have room for advancement to different departments, though beware it's up to your current manager as to if she/he will allow you to leave.

      Cons

      Upper management, constant unnecessary changes. Favoritism. They will pay you one thing, yet turn around and pay someone else with the same job title and experience much more. I've seen it happen over and over again. It's all who you know.

      Pros

      Awesome benefits, great PTO plan, always accommodated my appointments, worked well with my schedule.

      Cons

      The pay could be better, there were always new and evolving rules that we had to work with (which I know is like that with any company)

      Pros

      The people I work with are great. My direct supervisor is fair. Teamwork environment within our department. Somewhat flexible scheduling.

      Cons

      Pay is below average for our area. Salaries based on North Carolina market. Equipment is outdated and we've been promised new equipment for years. Upper management seems dishonest.
