      IT department staffed with educated and hard working employees Great benefits Competitive salary

      New leadership deviates from previous culture, where people mattered most. Seems like new focus is solely revenue driven and all about the data. Concern about quality of hospital diminishing due to partnership with larger healthcare system.

      Insurance was good, that's about it

      Cons

      No empathy or rapport for anyone. The administrative individuals that was around with their clipboard and pen are the devil's advocates. They are so jealous and intimidated by young, smart, driven young women. They are also very racist, the upper management that is. Plus, the pay was horrible. Talk about slave work!
