      Stressful Short staffed Expensive medical benefits of mediocre quality Dishonesty that starts with upper management Poor focus and follow through on goals - constantly revamped, delayed, or just forgotten Lack of job security Ridiculous expectations and consequences over tardiness (more than 60 seconds per occurrence) and absenteeism (more than 4 days in a year, even during the same illness).
