      The hours are consistent and most of the team members are solid. The benefits are okay.

      Cons

      The management is constantly adding to the daily tasks. The staff is underpaid and the turnover rate for the unit is extremely high.

      Co-workers and benefits. Welcoming environment and plenty of opportunities for learning and developing strong relationships with other healthcare professionals.

      Cons

      Management is out of touch with those who are "in the trenches" providing bedside care. Concerns, issues, or problems are ignored or conveniently forgotten. No recognition for certifications or advanced education in salary or anywhere else for that matter, yet keep promoting that many of their facilities are Magnet.
