Pros
The value given to furthering the team members education is amazing and there is so much room for career growth! Novant has leaders that truly want to help others grow and learn. As a new leader with Novant, I have experienced so much support and guidance.
Cons
I cannot come up with a negative remark, I believe that if someone goes to their job with the intent of doing their best work at Novant that they will be happy!
