      Pros

      Friendly and welcoming work environment. Mission-driven, smart, enthusiastic, respectful co-workers. Good work/life balance that helps me balance my work with raising two young children. I feel Novant Health really values their employees and has been making huge efforts to make that known in our People and Credo process. If your looking to grow in marketing with a supporting team Novant Health is the place to be.

      The level of talent is extremely high which could be intimidating to some; but if you love challenges and solving complex problems this could easily be a pro versus con.
