      Epic Dimensions Overrated

      Pros

      My coworkers (when I had them) were wonderful. The Epic (dimensions) team had some good team members.

      Cons

      Leadership hand picked via reorgs who they wanted in leadership positions, even though those chosen did not qualify for the jobs they were given. There is complete favoritism at this company on many levels. They expect you to work over 40 hours, and you'll never get appreciated or thanked for the work you do.

      Management has the attitude of a school yard bully Physicians are constant complainers who are lazy and aren't committed to patient care Absolutely no work life balance Too many meetings about nothing Bonus structure is unattainable Senior management is full of liars and narcissists
