      worked with a great team of nurses & cna's

      Management and higher. Novant could careless about their employees. They have HIGH nurse patient ratios & when complaints/concerns made by staff regarding this issue affecting the safety of patients they don't care or listen. It's all about money for the CEO & upper management who are clueless about what happens on the floor. They layoff employees, shut down hospitals because of money problems but then the CEO & upper management get HUGE yearly bonus's. Makes no sense. Very unsafe health organization to be an employee or patient in.
