      The culture at Novant Health is wonderful. The people I work with are my second family away from home. I feel I have job security. Good management.

      None at all, really have enjoyed working here so much.

      Great company culture with good benefits. Disability and recovery friendly. LGBTQ+ friendly (except for some hateful religious employees, but this IS the bible belt)

      Cons

      the no-fault attendance policy is archaic and ableist.
