No support for staff Harsh discipline Employees don't feel like they are cared about

The department you work for (Novant Health Heart and Vascular Institute) will have you working for little to nothing short staffed, no supplies, take your bonuses and you earned it. I have worked for this company for 2 years worked hard proved I’m a team player and step up when it’s needed. Come to work sick and wrote up when I have a do receive a doctors note from Employee Health. Meaning my Health doesn’t matter because I’m no longer a human I’m just a number and you sign my checks. Also if you want to move up in the company they show favoritism so make sure when you apply for you position it’s for the job you actually want instead of trying to gain all the knowledge you can to move up, they’ll just overlook you.
