      Stable organization, clear management goals from the c-suite, strong fiscal position compared to any nationally ranked Hospital (Small and large), great benefits and great cost of same, overall a great organization.

      Cons

      average to slightly lower than average pay scale. promote from within, but don't offer great pay jumps for advancement, unless your coming from outside the organization.

      Progressive, growing company with plenty of upperward career growth opportunities.

      Rapid growth has caused much upheaval and lack of consistency in the ideals and initiatives of upper management to spread through the employee ranks causing dissatisfaction in those who do not see or understand the bigger hoal.
