      You get experience working at the hospital. you get customer service experience and you learn about heart rhythms.

      The department is horrible to work in. It is like a prison.

      Excellent organization with strong leadership, committed and engaged employees, and positive financial viability. Beautiful location on the coast of North Carolina close to beaches yet retaining a small town feel.

      Pros

      Close to my home so I didn't have much traffic on commute.

      Cons

      Doctors run the show. If you don't cater to their every need, they will run you out. Favoritism runs throughout all of the support department. Office politics is so out of control that it makes Washington look like a church meeting.
