      Good Location, Updated Technology, Competent Support Staff, Decent Benefits. Novant is very good at upgrading radiology equipment and supplying staff with proper tools for the job.

      Cons

      Middle Management, Low Pay, Layoffs. Novant falls short in looking out for the needs of its employees. Upper management dresses up budget numbers for their benefit at the expense of loyal employees.
