We've been having issues with supply chain, unable to keep stock of essential items for patient care. Continually being told there is a "plan" to handle supply chain issues, but it's been months and nothing has changed. Recently our schedules have been coming out the week before our already scheduled days end, making it difficult to have an idea of when we are scheduled to work.

Leadership often promotes their friends instead of those who are qualified. Job has a horrible work/life balance. You are punished with harder assignments for excelling in the job, while those who under perform are given easier assignments. No real opportunities for promotion.
