      Pros

      Convenient to where I live. Some good people work there, they just never get promoted to management. They reserve that for those without souls.

      Cons

      They do not appreciate their staff. The staff are treated like robots that are supposed to de happy to get abused for no compensation whatsoever. No compensation for nurses who work holidays. $2/ hr for mandatory call time. They recently cut the CNA and secretaries pay 10% across the board while admins get bonuses in the millions.

      There were a lot of advancement opportunities, the company would consider advancing within first and then send outside.

      Cons

      The pay was below average. That is why they wanted to advance within all of the time.

      Pros

      Our patients are typically very appreciative which is nice since healthcare is usually a thankless job. Self scheduling is great.

      Cons

      Physicians and nurses are stretched to the max. Physicians are expected to care for too many patients and nurses are also. They do their best but they can only do so much. Low pay, no incentive.
