      Flexible, great atmosphere, great people.

      Cons

      Hit the glass ceiling a little too quickly. Upper management micromanages. Most Drs are very hard to work with and have no applicable skills toward technology especially when it comes to implementing EHR. The Winston area is too political.

      Pros

      The only pros are the wonderful coworkers. When I say coworkers this means workers that actually work the floors & take care of patients! This excludes management & administrators, they are to busy having meetings & meetings about meetings & staying in their offices.

      Cons

      Very top heavy in managers & administrators. Clueless as to what goes on. No appreciation ever shown to employees who work their butts off. Novant can't even show appreciation to employees @ Christmas. Managers & administrators reap nice bonus @ Christmas. Employees of every other dept received nothing!!!!!! The Doctor offices under Novant are also terrible!! Novant forces Doctors to spend only 15 minutes with patients & if they go over the 15 min or not see enough patients during the day then the Doctor loses pay. No focus on patient care in their hospitals or offices. Many Doctors are & have left because of this!
