      Pros

      During my time at Novant, I had a solid experience. Worked with a fantastic team of talented individuals. I learned and grew a lot through my work there.

      Cons

      The healthcare industry is heavily regulated, so there's not a lot of room for creative engagement or exploration.

      Pros

      Most of the people are genuinely hard working and care about their patients. Benefits are decent. Company claims to have many values..

      Cons

      Poor communication from management to staff. Terrible compensation. No merit raises, or self performance bonuses. Never a thank you or recognition of your work performance. The only time you hear from your manager is when you are getting written up. Always short staffed, mandatory overtime. Company continually adds more to work burden. Management always blaming corporate for their inability to get things done. Attitude of management is that the worker is dispensable, and you should be thankful to have a job.
