      Pros

      Good company to work for; excellent benefits (as long as it's within Novant network); tuition reimbursement; salary raises and bonuses every year pending on market value & customer service ratings.

      Cons

      HR can be very rude in negotiating pay; the company insists that it promotes employee improvement/advancement, however management does reserve the right to hold you back from advanced opportunites; management (no matter the department) DOES NOT ALWAYS have your best interest at heart; "nursing friendly" facilities, therefore it promotes nurse laziness (I've worked as a CNA & CPhT, so I'very seen the best of both worlds); also, if you expect to get paid for your degree/ achievements, make sure it's listed in the required section of your posting job otherwise don't expect a dime more in compensation.

      Fast paced and creative team that makes the work challenging and fun. Growing fast!

      Cons

      Difficult to see the management team regularly from the corporate office. Many changes happening at the same time without support.
