      Pros

      Availablity to change within the company since it is very large without having to change a lot of my benefits.

      Cons

      Several managers seem more concerned with money and what looks good on paperwork and it is very clear that patients no longer come first.

      Great salary, great vision by CEO (though it won't come to fruition any time soon)

      Benefits, no real structure or processes, hospitals work in Silos though they say they are one organization, communication

      staff that you work with is great.

      Cons

      The upper management are always adding more and more for the managers to do and be responsible for. They do not treat all managers equal. Some get promoted while others cannot. You have to be apart of the inside click to get treated fairly. They never say anything nice to you and for what a great job you are doing. It's always negative feedback from them when and if you ever see them.
