      Benefits are amazing, health insurance is great and the pay is okay.

      Execs regularly outsource or downsize vital departments to save money while wreaking havoc to the hospital's infrastructure.

      Pay could be a little better

      Pros

      They treat me well. Hospital is clean. Radiology is friendly.

      Cons

      Having more experience in fluoroscopy procedures and OR procedures but getting paid many dollars less than a technologist who never worked in a hospital setting. They only get paid more because they were a tech longer. But it's like training a student because they don't remember anything about procedures. Pay should reflect working experience and not years as a tech.
