We are privileged to work with world class customers to create high-performing products and we understand sometimes that can create high-stress situations. Our employees’ well-being is a priority for us, and we provide various working models that allow employees to balance the work with what brings them joy outside of Novanta. Our engagement surveys provide our people leaders with insight on what our teams enjoy and what needs to be improved or changed. We analyze the data gathered from those surveys to better understand where our strengths are and where we can improve. This is a critical part of our Novanta Way culture and we are dedicated to listening to our teams and taking actions to improve. We regularly conduct focus groups, townhall meetings and Novanta Growth System (NGS) events to help make Novanta a better place to work. We want to know about any employee not having a positive experience because we can and will do something about it.
