Pros

Decent vibe and collaborative culture. Very big-pharma, no surprises. Lots of resources and support for professional development. Depending on your manager, you may be able to work remotely - I was able to do so twice a week, a huge deal since I live in Manhattan.

Cons

Highly specialized functional areas (so it's consequently tough to move around sometimes), tons of bureaucracy.

The only con for me is that it's too far from where I live, but hey are very good about letting employees work from home on a weekly basis.
