With 25+ years in, pay is good with decent benefits. Granted, not as good as when I started, relatively speaking, but still decent. Currently allows for good life/work balance including flexible schedule...

Cons

Facility shutting down due to pipeline headed in alernative forms of doseage as compared to solid doseage.
